Cancellation policy:

• Reservation can be cancelled up to 7 days before arrival without penalty.
• Cancellation within 7 day or no-show will incur a 30% penalty.

Terms of payment:

• A 30% deposit is payable by bank transfer within 8 calendar days of confirmation from the accommodation.
